Shipping

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out. Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number through your email within 24-72 hours. Exception may occur when item is in Paris or in transit to our NYC office.

If you need priority shipping, please contact us for pricing and arrangements. We remain at your disposition, and are more than happy to accommodate.

Returns

We guarantee that our products are 100% authentic, and are accurately and honestly described in their listings, including all relevant information about size, color, style and condition.

The-Collectory does not allow any returns on merchandise. 

If an order is classified as high risks and therefore cancelled, funds may be held by The-Collectory for up to 120 days.
