Items are generally shipped within 1 business day following receipt of payment.
For items being shipped from our studio in Paris, they will be shipped within 3 business days following receipt of payment. Please note that items shipped from Paris will come through to our San Francisco studio first for final inspection. These deliveries range from 3 business days up to 2 weeks.
Items are shipped via SHYP for deliveries within the US, and USPS for international deliveries. All packages are sent with a signature required for security reasons.

Although most items sold by The-Collectory are considerably marked below their original retail price, some items may be priced higher than the original retail price due to:
-Rarity: Limited edition, special order, or vintage items may exceed retail prices because of their market scarcity
-Availability: The item value may increase beyond its original retail price if an item is on a waitlist or sold-out in stores, due to its low supply and high demand.
The-Collectory does not offer regular sales events. We do, however, discount prices on select items after they have been available for an extended period of time on our website, so keep your eyes peeled!

For just $99 a product, we professionally photograph your pieces - photos which you can then use for your listing(s) on whatever platform you want to sell your pieces on (Tradesy, eBay, etc.).
